Letters to SlipRoom are written here and nowhere else. We keep no public email address and no telephone line, so this form is the whole of our post room.

Before you write, please pick the topic that suits your letter best; it helps us file it in the right drawer. If you are flagging a post or a margin note, give us its address. For a question of copyright, say which work is yours and where it has appeared. For a request about your records, tell us whether you would like us to look up, send you or erase what we hold. Each letter is read by a member of the team, and where an answer is called for it will come to the email address you supply. Ninety days after it arrives, a letter is cleared from our records.
